Our honey is produced in an absolutely natural way, without any preparation or processing, just as honey must be. Our insistence on quality, of course, costs us the amount of honey we produce, as the mild exploitation we exercise – leaving a quantity of honey to be consumed by bees – does not allow us to produce large quantities.
The packaging and bottling of honey is done in a certified bottling plant, with ISO 22000.
Honey is a highly structured society where 40,000 or more bees live in it. Inside a hill there are three different types of bees, the queen, the daggers and the workers. Each species has different characteristics and a different role within the bee society.
